1.1. Do I have to print my ticket ?

No, all tickets are e-tickets. Hence, you can download it onto your smartphone and present it at entry, but we do recommend that you print them for swift entry.

1.2. What are Tikeet.com fees ?

Its free for event organisers to use Tikeet.com for their free entry events. However, if you’re charging for tickets there’s a small fixed fees amount of 2.5% per sold ticket plus service fee. ( No hidden charges )

No setup fees or enrollment fees. Ticket buyers pay a small admin fees during checkout.

We ONLY charge fees when a ticket is sold. Simply “NO SALE” no fees to pay policy.

1.3. How do I create an event and sell tickets on Tikeet.com ?

Simply create an account and fill in the event posting form on our site menu title “SELL YOUR TICKETS”, thats it. And your event will be live, can take up to 2-3 hours to go live on our site.

1.4. How do I manage my ticket sales ?

On your Account page, you can manage all the details of your event, inventory, and sold tickets. You can also conveniently check-in Paid/Free tickets on the event day from your mobile, iPad, Laptop from your account page dashboard.

Optionally, we do provide iPad free of charge to check-in tickets on the event date, if you do not have a smart phone.

Again, From your account dashboard, you can print a spreadsheet all tickets details sold on A4 sheets in EXCEL form, if you prefer the old school style ticket check-in. Can also be use to check in tickets on your event date.

1.5. I paid for my ticket, but haven’t received my ticket ?

Occasionally, sent emails containing tickets sometimes ends up in spam. We generally advise you to check your spam box first. if you still can’t find your ticket, send us an email and we’ll re-send you the ticket. Please be aware re-issuing of tickets to users can only be re-sent to the email address used in purchasing the ticket in other to detect and prevent fraud. Wrong input of user’s email address at the time of purchase will result in loosing purchased ticket if the PDF e-ticket presented to the user’s screen after the payment is not saved. If not, In this scenario, purchasing a new ticket will be the only solution.

2.1. Am I protected if I spend my hard earned money on a ticket, then the event gets cancelled ?

YES. We have a policy in place for Organisers & promoters to issue refunds to the public incase an event is in the no show.

2.2. When I list my event on your site, when do I get my Ticket funds for all my Ticket sales ?

Funds are transferred into organiser’s chosen account details after 48 hours of ticket sales. Which makes us the only fastest payout ticket vendors for your sold tickets.

2.3. As a Promoter/Organiser, what are your listing policy and procedures for selling tickets on your site ?
